Online Booking Terms
Non-Transferable and Non-Sublicensable License: You will receive an email with instructions and your exam code. This license is non-transferable and non-sublicensable, meaning you cannot share your license, login details, or allow someone else to use them.
Confidentiality of Account Information: You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential. Do not share your login details or any information that could allow someone else to access your account.
Right to Revoke Access: If you are found to be infringing on intellectual property rights or making false statements or claims, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access.
Prohibition on Sharing or Copying Course Content: You are not permitted to share, copy, recreate, or reuse any course content.
Course Disclaimer: ASF Automotive Training has made reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of course content at the time of release. While we conduct annual content reviews, some information may be outdated or unintentionally incorrect. If you notice any errors or outdated information, please let us know. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course or change regulations without notice. Our courses may include links or videos from external sources, and we are not liable for the accuracy of information within these external materials.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Once a login code for the online assessment has been issued, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Each code allows for two assessment attempts.
Delivery Information: Access details for the e-learning software and online assessment will be sent to you via email within 5 working days of purchase.
Course Booking Confirmation.
Once we have processed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email along with an invoice. Your place will be confirmed once payment has been received.
For bookings made less than 21 days before the course start date, immediate payment is required. Payment must be received within 21 days of the invoice date or before the training course begins, whichever comes first.
Payments can be made via:
- Credit card, using an online booking form, or by phone, fax, or post. Please note, credit card details sent via email will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- BACS transfer to ASF Automotive (please contact us for details).
Fees
ASF Automotive Training courses listed in the program may be subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Course fees cover tuition on the day(s) of the course, along with all relevant course materials and resources. Some courses may also incur an administration or registration fee, which may be referred to as a deposit or holding fee. These fees are non-refundable due to administrative requirements and registration charges imposed by IMI Awards and other governing bodies. Any payments made for accommodation through ASF Automotive Training to third parties are non-refundable and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Group Discounts: If 3 or more individuals from the same organization book the same course, they qualify for a discount on the total course fees. This discount is only available for ASF Automotive Training courses and cannot be combined with any other offers. Availability of places is subject to demand.
Special Requirements: ASF Automotive Training will make every effort to accommodate special requirements that are notified in advance on the booking form.
Joining Instructions: Joining instructions, including an outline of the day(s), venue details, a map, and local hotel information, will be sent to you approximately two to four weeks before the course. If you do not receive your joining instructions three days prior to the training course, please contact us at +44 (0) 330 133 2883.
ASF Automotive Training will not be held responsible for non-receipt of joining instructions, and no refunds will be issued under such circumstances.
Course Transfers
There is no charge for transferring your booking to the same course on an alternative date, as long as you notify us in writing at least 21 days before the course begins and subject to availability. However, if notice is received less than 21 days before the original course start date, a transfer fee of 20% of the full course fee will apply. Please note that no refunds will be issued in the event of a transfer, and only one transfer per booking will be allowed.
Requests to transfer a course must be submitted in writing and can be emailed to [email protected].
Cancelling Your Place.
If you notify ASF Automotive Training in writing (via letter or email) up to 28 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of 20% of the full course fee. If you withdraw within 28 days for any reason, the full course fee will remain payable, even if you cannot provide a substitute attendee. Substitution requests must be made at least two weeks before the course start date.
If a participant requires an invitation letter from ASF Automotive Training, we can provide one once full payment for the course has been received. Please note, ASF Automotive Training is not responsible for any costs incurred due to failure to obtain a visa.
A refund of the full course fee minus a 20% administration fee will be issued if a participant is declined a visa and provides proof of the visa denial.
Non-attendance.
Non-Attendance:
If you do not attend the course you are booked for and have not provided prior notice, the full course fee will remain payable, and no transfer will be permitted.
Cancellation by ASF Automotive.
ASF Automotive reserves the right to change published programs, trainers, fees, or venues without prior notice, if necessary.
If a course is cancelled, a refund of the course fee will be issued, but no compensation will be provided for any additional costs incurred.

Liability.
ASF Automotive Training is not responsible for any actions taken based on information or views shared during its training courses, including course materials. The opinions expressed are those of the individual trainers and do not necessarily reflect the views of ASF Automotive Training.
